We're looking for an amazing Senior Financial Analyst to fill this role which can be based in our Seattle, WA or Miami, FL office. This is a Hybrid, in-office role, expect to work in person (in office) Tuesday to Thursday each week. You'll be responsible for providing analytical support for P&L/Cash Flow planning, forecasting and various ad hoc analysis. Furthermore, this individual serves as a strategic partner to the Commercial teams for both Holland America and Seabourn lines.

Responsibilities
- Prepare annual plan and quarterly forecast for HAL and SBN Revenue.
- Perform variance analysis and isolate performance drivers including fleet deployment and exchange rate fluctuation.
- Prepare materials for monthly Risks and Opportunities meeting with CFO and other leadership.
- On a weekly basis, prepare and distribute revenue achievement reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and reporting as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with the operations teams and ship finance teams for both brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
- Advanced Financial Modelling and Excel skills
- Ability to prepare and present financial analysis to a non-finance audience
- Hyperion Essbase
- High attention to detail
- Consultative and collaborative with business groups

- Base Salary Range: $71,200.00 to $96,100.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
