Support technical and functional discussions with the bank, debug and analyze issues, fix custom-code defects, prepare and deploy patches, and manage Finacle customizations across CASA, FD, RD, and TDS modules. Responsibilities include custom menu development, MTT and charges customization, MRT and Jasper report customization, batch-job creation, script debugging, and working with Finacle tables and directory structures.
