Why You'll Love This Role:
You'll play a key role in how Exabeam shows up in the market - owning the field strategy that connects our brand with our customers, prospects, and partners across the U.S. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team, work closely with sales leadership, and shape the field experience from the ground up.
Who we are looking for:
A high-energy, results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the field and event marketing strategy across the United States. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Events and Channel Marketing this role will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and elevate the Exabeam brand in the Americas.
This is a highly visible and collaborative role, requiring close partnership with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Corporate Marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep experience in event planning, field activation, and regional campaign execution - someone who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the U.S. field marketing strategy aligned to corporate and sales priorities
  • Plan and execute a wide range of events, including trade shows, end-user field events, regional roadshows, user summits, customer advisory boards, and executive roundtables
  • Own end-to-end event operations - from venue sourcing and vendor management to booth builds, shipping, signage, swag, and on-site execution
  • Partner closely with the sales team to select target accounts, drive attendance, and influence pipeline through in-person experiences
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and reporting for all assigned regional events; ensure accurate tracking of expenses and ROI
  • Own pre- and post-event campaign planning, including email invites, social promotion, giveaways, and lead follow-up workflows
  • Track, measure, and report on event success based on KPIs such as attendance, lead quality, pipeline influence, and sales feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand gen, partner marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably in B2B tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS
  • Strong track record of successfully managing trade shows, user events, and roadshows in a regional or national capacity
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, shipping logistics, and venue contracts
  • Strong project management and communication skills; ability to juggle multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience using key tools in the Martech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, PathFactory, and ABM platforms. Knowledge of sales tools a plus; LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Zoom Info and Cognism. Deep understanding of field marketing's role in pipeline generation and sales alignment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% for on-site event support
  • Must be based in the United States

    • Paid Time off including "take what you need" flex time, volunteer day of service, your birthday, parental leave, holidays and more
    • Widespread learning center for career planning and skill development to grow your career
