Who you are:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Field Marketing Manager for EMEA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted events and field marketing strategies that drive demand and engagement within the B2B legal tech sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing programs. You are known for your communication and collaboration skills, juggling and priortisation abilities and work well with a tight-knit, friendly, and high-performing team to execute to a high standard. You're known for being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear set of priorities. The Marketing team is a high-profile part of our EMEA org, the primary driver of Clio’s lead generation machine. We lead strategic campaigns and initiatives that attract, engage, and convert target segments in the legal industry.
Role Summary:
Enhance Local Brand Awareness: Develop and execute event and field marketing strategies that increase brand recognition and establish Clio as a market leader in the UKI region
Generate Qualified Leads: Implement in person, both regional and national targeted campaigns and events to generate high-quality leads, contributing to the sales pipeline and revenue growth
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyse partnership opportunities, weighing up and assessment of investment to inform strategic decisions and implementing marketing efforts to capitalise on these relationships
What you’ll work on:Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive event and field marketing plans tailored for driving growth across segments

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape and opportunities to win.
Event Coordination:

Organise and manage industry events, trade shows, virtual events and partner events, ensuring a strong brand presence and maximum engagement from concept creation through to follow up activities.

Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and measure event ROI.
Campaign Management:
-
Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, to drive registrations, attendance and lead opportunities.

Track and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partnerships and Alliances:

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry organisations, influencers, and other key stakeholders.

Leverage partnerships to amplify marketing efforts and expand reach.
Sales Enablement:

Maintain direct alignment with sales leaders and sales teams in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop and distribute effective sales tools, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.

Provide training and support to sales teams on marketing initiatives and lead generation tactics.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyse marketing data to assess the effectiveness of events and campaigns.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, performance, and insights.
Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events within budget

Develop creative campaigns and approaches to solve regional challenges

Set goals and define metrics for each event including targeted lead flow

Schedule and execute on consistent sales outreach/bi-weekly meetings

Manage internal field and events communication between sales and marketing

Support strategic industry events through logistics planning

Represent Clio to counterparts at partners, vendors, and outside vendors
Requirements:

7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, marketing focused organisation

Proven success in managing events and field marketing programs, along with strategic relationships with partners

Strong project management, time management, and execution skills

Excellent analytical skills and experience measuring data-driven marketing programs

Embodies strong organisational skills

Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude

Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.

Willing to travel up to 50% of the time during peak event seasons

Proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g., Google Apps, google slides)

The full salary range* for this role is £62,900 to £74,000 to £85,100 GBP..
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
