As our organization scales and grows, we are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to oversee the creation and implementation of dynamic field and event marketing initiatives. These initiatives will support enhanced connections with our key sales targets and generate engagement opportunities in partnership with our Sales, Client Success, Partnerships, and Marketing teams. You will work under the head of marketing. You will help strategize and plan for important industry conferences, regional events, and hosted events. What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of field marketing and event strategies from start to finish, delivering excellence at every step.
  • Conduct in-depth ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing activities.
  • Partner with the Sales team to learn about our customers, prospects, and main ways to reach them (brokers & consultants) to identify important event opportunities.
  • Craft and implement strategies to foster growth in core markets and explore new territories.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure budget alignment and the execution of plans that meet company goals for audience and segment growth.
  • Investigate and propose new event opportunities in strategic regions that support our marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing and Sales teams to find the right people and improve event plans for the best results. Report on the results of the events both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Connect event activities with bigger marketing campaigns, like paid media, social marketing, and new product launches. This will make sure we're sending the right message and positioning for our brand.
  • Build community and brand affinity through innovative event experiences.
  • Manage all details of events, including working with stakeholders on event-related communications, including promotional efforts, internal updates, and partner collaborations.
  • Ensure consistent brand portrayal throughout all event stages, from initial planning to follow-up interactions.
  • Handle venue selection, vendor relations, and logistics for event materials and promotional items with guidance from marketing leads.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A team-oriented attitude with proven competence in managing multifaceted marketing initiatives and a dedication to crafting significant event experiences.
  • You are suited to thriving in dynamic settings and have a solid grasp of field marketing strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field marketing or a related marketing role. We prefer people with backgrounds in B2B health tech, healthcare, technology, SaaS, or similar areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous projects concurrently, maintaining keen attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
  • Experienced in managing up and out to a team of stakeholders, making sure they're aware of details and are brought along project work.
  • Strong skills in influencing and working collaboratively with diverse teams, particularly within Sales, Client Success, and leadership roles.
  • Analytical approach, experienced in making data-driven decisions and managing budgets effectively.
  • Proficient with digital marketing and event management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Live, Zoom, etc).
