Lead the strategy and execution of member-facing web and mobile engineering, advocate tooling, and contact-center platforms. Drive AI initiatives including Agent Assist, virtual assistants, IVR automation, conversational analytics, and contact deflection. Own CCaaS migration, digital experience delivery, security, privacy, reliability, and regulatory commitments. Build and mentor engineering leadership, partner cross-functionally, manage vendors, and report outcomes to executives using metrics such as contact reduction, cost-to-serve, satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Provide hands-on IT support for macOS and Windows users, manage onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycles, maintain office networks and A/V, enforce security practices, manage mobile devices via MDM, automate repetitive tasks with scripting, and produce user-facing documentation to improve IT operations.

Lead and modernize the healthcare analytics function, build automated client reporting infrastructure, drive claims and member data analysis, implement metric governance and data quality, leverage LLMs/RAG for AI-informed insights, partner with cross-functional teams and clients, and hire and develop a high-performing analytics team while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Lead and mentor a small product team to define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Core TPA Claims. Own strategy for the claims processing engine, ensure high-fidelity adjudication and payment integrity, collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, data, sales, ops), and implement product best practices and metrics to deliver compliant, scalable healthcare products.
