JM Family Enterprises is seeking a Senior F&I Product Development Analyst to join their Product Development Department at JM&A Group. This department supports sales efforts by maintaining and developing F&I products to be sold by our dealer customers. Primary activities include evaluating product performance, developing new products, benchmarking pricing and coverage, ensuring compliance, maintaining product forms, managing product-related inquiries, and facilitating annual reviews and rollouts.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for F&I product creation, approval, & implementation, including but not limited to: new product ideation and research, establishing a project plan/timeline, ensuring the project stays on target, collaborating with stakeholders, and working with operational teams to understand and document department impacts related to form development, pricing, compliance, claims, and contract administration.
- In addition to consulting with internal departments and the Field Sales teams, this role requires collaboration with OEM Clients and Strategic Partners.
- Comprehend the compliance/lender landscape affecting F&I products. Ability to react and make modifications to maintain compliance.
- Be curious to gain a deep understanding of each product design and its attributes.
- Work closely with outside vendors to develop new products and/or launch new forms. Understand the relationship between JM&A and our vendors so that any issues can be addressed quickly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience. Automotive experience a plus.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a related field.
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities/deadlines and demonstrates a strong drive for results.
- Demonstrate analytical and project management skills with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Must have the ability to partner within and across departments to complete tasks.
- Demonstrate strong verbal (public speaking), written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with outside partners.
- Works well independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of JM&A products, systems (mainframe and Sales Connect), Claims, and processes is a plus.
