About You

As a Senior Export Specialist for UK & Western Europe, you will act as the central point of coordination between the business and IMPEX operations.
You will ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient end-to-end import/export operations, while driving improvements in cost, service, and performance visibility.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and operations teams
Ensuring seamless execution of road, air, and ocean logistics
Monitoring and managing customs entries, resolving issues proactively
Supporting customs compliance, SAP readiness, and documentation accuracy
Driving standardization of processes, tools, and best practices
Collaborating with Control Tower, Customer Service, and On-site Documentation teams
Managing daily operational activities such as:
Export order processing
DN checks and reporting
Stakeholder communication
Dispute resolution, credit notes, and purchase orders
Identifying opportunities to improve service levels and cost efficiency
Escalating process gaps and system (SAP/EDI) issues
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
Solid experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain in a multinational environment
Good understanding of:
Import/export processes & documentation
Incoterms
SAP systems (essential)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage complex operations
