As Senior Expert Talent Management, you will report to the Head of Talent Management and play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy and developing initiatives of our organization on a global scale to ensure the success of SAP Fioneer. This position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive talent excellence and align human capital with our business objectives.
You are responsible for shaping the future of our workforce, your impact will be felt in the growth, performance, and sustainability of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: program and process ownership, close alignment with the Corporate Development and HR Business Partnering Team to oversee and continuously improve the performance management process, working with leaders providing coaching and feedback tools to enhance employee performance.
- Succession Planning: Create and maintain a succession planning framework to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Talent Development: Constantly improve programs to identify, develop, and retain high potential within the organization.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to talent and succession management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience (minimum 5 years) either in talent or performance management in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments
- Hands-on / entrepreneurial mind-set
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively globally and cross-functionally Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Experience in talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English, German is a strong plus
