Define and drive the SAP Finance & Controlling solution architecture strategy in alignment with business and IT objectives
Lead architecture activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, global rollouts and process harmonization initiatives
Design end-to-end SAP solutions across Finance, Controlling, Treasury, FSCM, Group Reporting and Analytics
Plan, design and implement comprehensive SAP solutions in close collaboration with IT colleagues, process owners and business stakeholders
Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and related modules including MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury and E-Invoicing
Support, optimize and continuously enhance the global SAP Finance & Controlling landscape and related applications
Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical SAP solution designs and act as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders
Prepare and maintain process documentation, support system testing and develop meaningful analyses and reporting capabilities
Contribute to digitalization, automation and innovation initiatives within Finance and Controlling processes
Leverage SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver sustainable and future-ready solutions
Ensure compliance with governance standards and maintain solution documentation in SAP Solution Manager according to applicable requirements
What Will Convince Us
Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Finance or a comparable qualification
Extensive experience in SAP FICO consulting, including solution design, customization and architecture responsibilities in international environments
Strong expertise in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling processes and their integration with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury and Group Reporting
Proven experience leading SAP transformation, rollout and process harmonization initiatives in complex global organizations
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori and SAP Solution Manager, ideally complemented by experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Joule or other AI-enabled SAP solutions
Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable SAP solutions while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
Experience working in regulated environments, ideally within Life Sciences, Manufacturing or comparable industries
Relevant SAP certifications in FICO, SAP S/4HANA Finance or Enterprise Architecture are considered an advantage
Fluency in English and French as well as willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
