We are looking for a Digital EHS Intelex Specialist to support and improve our global EHS and Quality digital platforms Intelex.
Partner with EHS and Quality teams to deeply understand business processes and translate them into intuitive, compliant digital workflows within systems such as Intelex and Veeva.
Configure, maintain and enhance EHS and Quality modules to support incident reporting, audits, inspections, CAPAs, change control, documentation and training.
Identify opportunities for simplification, harmonization and improved user experience across regions and functions.
Support system testing, validation, upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate improvements and support cross‑functional alignment.
Prepare training materials, conduct global training sessions and promote strong user adoption.
Coordinate with run‑support partners to troubleshoot issues and ensure stable integrations (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
Strong knowledge of EHS processes and/or Quality Management Systems.
Hands‑on experience with digital EHS/QMS tools — ideally Intelex; familiarity with Veeva is a plus.
Ability to translate business workflows into lean, digital processes.
Experience supporting configuration, validation, upgrades and continuous improvement activities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global business teams, IT partners and vendors.
Passion for problem‑solving, optimizing user experience and driving adoption.
Experience creating training content and supporting global users is an advantage.
