We are looking for a Digital EHS & Quality Systems Specialist to support and improve our global EHS and Quality digital platforms Intelex and Veeva.
Responsibilities:
Understands EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) processes and/or Quality Management Systems
Can speak to the business, understand workflows, and translate them into simple digital processes
Enjoys supporting users, training teams, and improving how digital tools are used across the company
Knows how tools like Intelex, Veeva, Documentum, TrackWise or others are used to support day to day operations in the EHS and Quality area
You will collaborate with our business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external vendors to ensure our systems support daily operations such as incident management, audits, inspections, documentation, training, and compliance reporting.
What You Will Do
Business Process & Workflow Translation
Partner with EHS and Quality teams to understand their processes and translate them into digital workflows within systems like Intelex and Veeva.
Support the design of intuitive, lean, and compliant processes aligned with business needs.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
System Support & Continuous Improvement
Help configure and optimize modules in our EHS and QMS platforms (e.g., Intelex, Veeva).
Ensure digital tools support activities such as incident reporting, audits, inspections, CAPAs, change control, and training.
Identify opportunities for simplification, harmonization, and better user experience.
Support testing, validation, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Training, Documentation & Adoption
Prepare training materials and run training sessions for global users.
Support onboarding, user guidance, and promote best practices in digital EHS and Quality processes.
Collaboration & Vendor Management
Act as the link between business subject-matter experts, IT partners, and external vendors.
Coordinate with our run-support provider for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
Ensure integrations with other systems (SAP, Power BI) remain stable and aligned with business needs.
