Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in modern cloud data platforms, strong project leadership skills, and a proactive mindset toward solutioning and pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest data from diverse on-premise and cloud-based sources into the enterprise data platform.
Work hands-on with AWS technologies such as AWS S3, AWS DMS, along with Python and Snowflake, to develop scalable and reliable data solutions.
Lead and deliver complex data engineering projects across ETL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence domains.
Create, execute, and maintain data quality and validation scripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality data solutions.
Plan, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality business outcomes.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Participate actively in pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and client discussions.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to solutioning, innovation, and continuous improvement across accounts.
8+ years of experience delivering data engineering projects in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS (S3, DMS, etc.), Python, and Snowflake.
Deep expertise in ETL processes, Data Warehousing concepts, and Business Intelligence.
Proven experience managing and delivering complex, technical development projects.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and best practices in data engineering.
Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to engage in pre-sales and work across multiple accounts as needed.
