- Advise and challenge leaders from Technical Sales, Product Management and Product Development on financial and strategic matters
- Prepare forecasts, budgets and monthly closings for the assigned functional areas and ensure transparent financial management
- Analyze financial KPIs, business developments and variances and derive recommendations for management action
- Identify opportunities, risks and efficiency potential and develop measures to sustainably increase growth and profitability
- Support product development, innovation and portfolio decisions through profitability analyses, business cases and ROI assessments
- Further develop reporting, KPI and management tools for Technical Sales, Product Management and Product Development
- Collaborate closely with international stakeholders and promote a shared understanding of financial and operational performance indicators
- Drive the development of a business partner-oriented controlling function through close collaboration with Commercial, Product Management and Development teams
What Will Convince Us
- Successfully completed Master’s degree in a business-related field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in commercial controlling or a business partner role within a global industrial company
- Strong understanding of business and financial interdependencies, combined with the ability to critically challenge and constructively support decisions
- Confident and professional presence, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels
- High level of initiative, service orientation and a proactive working style
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel and data-based analytical tools
- Business fluent English skills (both oral and written), German skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel globally on occasion (up to 10%)
