Analyze, optimize and further develop end-to-end business processes with a strong focus on Manufacturing while considering interfaces across Supply Chain and Procurement
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, challenge existing ways of working and implement sustainable improvements
Drive process excellence initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, process transparency and business performance across the organization
Leverage process and operational data to identify improvement opportunities, measure performance and support data-driven decision-making
Translate business requirements into scalable process solutions and support their implementation in collaboration with IT and functional teams
Define, document and maintain process standards, methodologies and governance principles to ensure consistency, transparency and long-term sustainability
Support the integration of process and data-related requirements across systems and functions to enable efficient business operations
Manage process improvement initiatives by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, resources and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Promote knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement across functions and regions
Contribute hands-on to operational process initiatives while driving long-term process development and business transformation
What Will Convince Us
Academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, Business Analytics or a related field
Significant experience in business process management, process optimization, operational excellence or continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes with deep expertise in Manufacturing and solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes
Strong SAP knowledge and experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement processes within integrated enterprise environments
Experience analyzing process and operational data to identify opportunities, derive actionable insights and support business decision-making
Proven experience translating business requirements into sustainable process solutions and driving implementation in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and their application in complex organizational environments
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage effectively across organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
Curiosity, drive and the confidence to challenge existing processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Fluency in English and French
