The Opportunity
Join Veo as a Senior Experience Designer and lead the charge in elevating our mobile app across multiple platforms. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and industrial designers to craft seamless, cross-platform interactions that connect physical hardware and digital touchpoints into one intuitive ecosystem. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from framing ambiguous problems to polished launches - while shaping design strategy inside a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
What You Will Do
- Champion Human-Centered Digital Experiences: Ground every decision in research and real-world insight, translating complex scenarios into clear, empowering moments for players and coaches.
- Bridge Physical and Digital: Collaborate with Industrial Designers to ensure the mobile experience feels cohesive with our hardware, turning set-up, recording, and review into one harmonious journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering leads to align user insight, technical feasibility, and business impact and clearly articulate the ‘why’ behind decisions.
- Design System Stewardship: Evolve our design language and component library so teams can move fast with quality and consistency.
- Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Build quick experiments, test with users and data, and refine until it sings.
- Advance Cross-Platform Interaction Design: Define and refine core user flows, micro-interactions, and motion principles that feel native on every device yet unmistakably Veo.
What You Could Bring
- Seasoned Designer: 7+ years designing consumer-facing mobile apps or cross-platform experiences, ideally in fast-growing tech or sports-adjacent domains.
- Self-Driven & Entrepreneurial: Thrive in ambiguity, spot opportunities, and act without waiting for permission.
- Mobile Interaction Mastery: Deep understanding of platform guidelines and the nuances of gestures, motion, and accessibility.
- Pragmatic Systems Thinker: Zoom from pixels to platforms - knowing when fast progress beats polish and when perfection matters.
- User-Research Savvy: Comfortable running interviews, concept tests, and field studies and turning those findings into actionable design direction.
- Collaborative Communicator: Skilled at framing problems, leading critiques, and presenting work to diverse stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Visionary Thinking: Imagine breakthrough end-to-end experiences first, then fit technology around that bold vision.
- Prototyping Fluency: Proficient in Figma and other tools to bring ideas to life.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
