**Position is contingent upon contract award

First Division Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Expeditionary Operations & Technical Exploitation Subject Matter Expert (SME 3) to support EXU-1 Command Operational and Technical Support.

The SME 3 provides advanced technical expertise and analysis within one or more EXU-1 mission or functional areas and supports the planning, organization, management, and execution of complex projects. The SME 3 translates operational requirements into executable technical activities and provides recommendations to Government and contractor leadership.

Key Responsibilities

·   Provide advanced technical knowledge, analysis, and recommendations in assigned functional areas.

·   Plan, organize, control, supervise, and lead complex projects or portfolios of related activities.

·   Translate mission requirements and operational needs into technical approaches, plans, and executable tasks.

·   Conduct studies, assessments, technical investigations, research, and analysis.

·   Identify capability gaps, operational deficiencies, risks, and potential technical or non-material solutions.

·   Develop technical reports, briefings, recommendations, plans, procedures, and other program products.

·   Coordinate technical activities with Government personnel, mission partners, laboratories, operational forces, and other stakeholders.

·   Train, mentor, and supervise personnel as required.

·   Support testing, experimentation, capability development, exploitation, intelligence, training, or institutionalization activities within the candidate's area of expertise.

·   Support CONUS and OCONUS mission requirements as assigned.

Potential Functional Areas

Technical exploitation; WTI/TECHINT; engineering and S&T; EOD; intelligence; foreign materiel; operational planning; training; doctrine; logistics; requirements development; JCIDS; policy; communications; force management; facilities; acquisition; or other EXU-1 mission areas.

Travel/Deployment

Position may require CONUS and OCONUS travel, including short-notice support to expeditionary or operational environments. Candidates must be willing and able to satisfy applicable deployment, medical, security, training, and mission-specific requirements.



Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

·   Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.

·   Master's degree or equivalent.

·   Active Secret security clearance and eligibility for upgrade to TS/SCI.

·   Significant specialized technical or operational expertise relevant to one or more EXU-1 mission areas.

·   Highly effective oral and written communication skills.

Skills Required
