Creates detailed step-by-step procedures for rendering safe and disposing of munitions and weapons systems. Develops tests and test plans, prepares draft manuals, and coordinates publication updates from validation activities. Requires Naval EOD School graduation, an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and at least six years of active-duty military EOD experience.
