We are seeking an experienced PPC professional to drive production planning, scheduling, and control processes at our solar module manufacturing plant. The role requires strong coordination between production, supply chain, quality, and operations to ensure optimum utilization of resources and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production plans in alignment with sales forecasts and customer requirements.
🔹 Monitor and track production schedules to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
🔹 Coordinate with production, stores, procurement & logistics teams for smooth execution of plans.
🔹 Maintain material requirement planning (MRP) and ensure optimum inventory levels.
🔹 Review capacity utilization, machine loading, and workforce planning to achieve maximum efficiency.
🔹 Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and resolve bottlenecks to avoid delays.
🔹 Analyze production data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for cost and time efficiency.
🔹 Implement Lean Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 tools for process optimization.
🔹 Collaborate with quality & maintenance teams to ensure zero disruption in the production flow.
🔹 Ensure adherence to safety, quality & compliance standards within the plant.
✅ Strong knowledge of PPC systems in Solar / Electronics / Manufacturing industry
✅ Hands-on experience in SAP / ERP systems
✅ Analytical skills with ability to forecast and manage resources
✅ Strong coordination & cross-functional communication
✅ Ability to handle high-pressure production targets
🎓 B.Tech / M.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
🎓 MBA / PGDM in Operations / Supply Chain (preferred)
