- Graduate in any discipline (Insurance certifications preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in P&C Insurance operations.
- Strong knowledge of policy administration, underwriting support, endorsements, and renewals.
- Familiarity with commercial lines, specialty lines, or personal lines insurance.
- Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire or other policy administration systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Process policy transactions including New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Cancellations, and Reinstatements.
- Review and validate insurance documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support underwriting teams by gathering and analyzing risk information.
- Process mid-term policy changes and endorsements in policy systems.
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Conduct quality checks and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with onshore teams, brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in training junior team members and act as an SME for process-related queries.
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives
