Client-facing accounts payable role: process all AP invoices and payments, handle T&E policy audits, resolve vendor queries, ensure month-end invoice processing and SLA targets, communicate regularly with regional client team and participate in calls, work flexible shifts and extra hours as needed.

Qualifications

Graduate 1 - 3 Years

Skills Required

  • Graduate degree
  • 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience with payment processing
  • T&E process experience / T&E policy audit
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel (MS Office)
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Good written and oral communication (client-facing)
  • Flexible to work any shift and able to work extra hours
  • Vendor management and query resolution experience
  • Month-end invoice processing and close experience
  • Regular client communication via email, telephone, and calls
