Training Delivery & Facilitation:

  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for nursing staff, technicians, and clinical teams on dialysis processes, patient care, and emergency protocols, EHS and OHS policies.

  • Collaborate with clinical managers to identify gaps in patient care and implement targeted training interventions.
  • Monitor and analyse clinical outcomes such as Kt/V levels, hospitalization rates, and infection rates to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Take up Quality Improvement Projects and accomplish at least 2 major impactful projects in a year.
  • Discuss clinics performance in terms of clinical outcomes, KPIs, incidents, pt. vaccination, lab tests etc., with consultants/ Nephrologists during clinic visits and take their support in achieving targeted KPIs, improve patient clinical outcomes.  

Quality Assurance Support:

  • Do Audits as per Quality audit calendar by visiting centers, through which you can identify the areas of improvement in center and you can provide necessary support and trainings to staff of respective centers accordingly.
  • Work closely with center managers & operations teams to identify gaps in clinical practice and provide training solutions to address them.
  • Analyse the trend of incident reports, audits compliance, hospitalizations, mortality etc., to recommend and deliver targeted training to reduce cluster events, single patient events,

Performance Evaluation & Feedback:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, audit compliance scores and clinical outcome metrics.
  • Take regular feedback from patients on services, from staff on trainings and their requirements. Also take feedback from operations team, superiors, whenever possible to improve self-performance and achieve organizational goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Patient Satisfaction

  • Liaise with clinic managers, nephrologists, and corporate teams to align training needs with organizational goals.
  • Support clinic managers in improving patient satisfaction scores by addressing patient concerns through well-trained staff and proactive care measures.
  • Contribute to business growth by enhancing patient retention and attracting new patients through consistent delivery of quality care.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, certifications, evaluation reports and outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to manager on training progress, clinical outcomes and compliance metrics.
  • Review data in Euclid on time to time, follow up center staff on updating accurate data in Euclid, daily log sheets and all clinical and quality records as per organizations requirement.
  • Share clinic visit report, highlighting key observations, areas of improvement, minutes of meeting had with hospital team members like consultant doctor, ICN, Quality team etc., post clinic visit to respective stake holders.
  • Maintain clear documentation on staff performance on time to time to take corrective actions & plan individualized trainings to improvise their performance. 

Incident Reporting and Risk Management:

  • Promote a culture of transparency and accountability by improving the frequency and accuracy of on time incident reporting from the ground level.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and develop training strategies to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure to review and finalize incidents on time from both center level and at your level.

Mock Drills and Emergency Preparedness:

  • Plan and execute mock drills (e.g., fire safety, cardiac arrest response) at regular intervals to ensure staff readiness for emergencies.
  • Coordinate with hospital team regarding fire safety mock drills.
  • Ensure documentation and feedback from drills are used to enhance preparedness.

Patient Education and Engagement:

  • Execute patient education programs focusing on dialysis care, dietary management, infection prevention & Access care etc.,
  • Educate employees and patients on Therapy Upgradation through patient education sessions and one on one discussions with patients in the dialysis unit
  • Organize patient engagement activities & encourage staff to participate in calendar activities in clinics to make patients, their families and staff to be part of patient care and their wellbeing.
