Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient in technology MIS Executive to join our Human Resources team. The role involves managing and analyzing HR data, generating insightful reports, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR information systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data management, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Report Generation: Prepare and present periodic and ad-hoc HR reports, such as headcount, attrition, performance metrics, and other workforce analytics.
- Systems Support: Oversee the proper functioning of HR software and systems, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with the IT team for support when required.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks using technology and tools.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR records and reports are compliant with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Dashboards & Visualizations: Develop interactive dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools to provide actionable insights to HR leaders.
- Training & Support: Train HR staff on MIS tools and systems and provide ongoing support for data-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Proven experience in MIS, preferably in an HR environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus.
