Job Overview

The Senior Executive – Strategy & Reporting (Customer Experience) is responsible for analyzing customer data, developing strategic initiatives, and generating reports to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. This role plays a key part in shaping customer experience (CX) strategies by providing insights, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting leadership in decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required 

• Lead end-to-end data analysis to derive actionable insights on player behavior, product feature performance.

• Regularly analyze and interpret data to identify "5 Whys" root causes for key trends, contributing significantly to strategic business initiatives and evaluating their impact on product success and user experience.

• Ensure on time delivery of assigned reporting and analytics.

• Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways

• Respond to ad hoc requests from the stakeholders relating to the various deliverables

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and value addition through data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data input or system issues, ensuring data quality and reliable analytical outputs.

• Identify new data sources and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Take ownership of analytical and modeling projects from conceptualization through to delivery, ensuring robust methodology and actionable outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills required

• Graduate /MBA 2-4 years of product /e-commerce/Gaming industry experience in the data space.

• Demonstrated experience in consumer modeling and analyzing data to evaluate product effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

• Knowledge of data profiling and proven experience in data mining, collation, and dashboard creation

• Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels within the business; confident in one’s ability to anticipate what is needed

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python for analytics.

• Ability to own analysis and project end-to end

• Experience in technical requirements gathering and the ability to document technical requirements is a strong plus.
