Walbridge is seeking a visionary and growth-oriented Senior Executive to establish, lead, and expand a dedicated business unit serving the Semiconductor and Advanced Manufacturing markets.

This Senior Executive will have full leadership responsibility for the growth, operational performance, and market positioning of Walbridge's Semiconductor and Advanced Manufacturing business.

Business Development & Market Growth
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with major semiconductor and advanced manufacturing organizations.
  • Develop and oversee a robust national pursuit pipeline.
  • Lead strategic capture efforts for major capital programs.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive sustainable market growth.
  • Represent Walbridge at industry conferences, associations, and client events.
Organizational Development
  • Build and lead a dedicated Advanced Manufacturing organization.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top industry talent.
  • Establish organizational structure, succession plans, and leadership development strategies.
  • Foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Operational Leadership
  • Provide executive oversight for complex projects and major client programs.

Financial Accountability
  • Maintain full business unit P&L responsibility.

  • Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience within construction, engineering, EPC, design-build, or integrated project delivery organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading a significant business unit, division, market sector, or operating company.
  • Proven responsibility for revenue exceeding $500 million annually.
  • Strong record of profitable business growth and market expansion.
  • Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and scalable organizations.
  • Significant experience with design-build, EPC, CMAR, or integrated delivery models.
