Job DescriptionAs a Senior Executive within our Company Secretarial team, you will take the lead on complex corporate governance matters while ensuring high‑quality, compliant service delivery across your client portfolio. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, manage key corporate actions, and provide technical guidance to junior team members—all while driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience.
What You Will Do
- You’ll coordinate board and committee meetings by preparing board packs, drafting high‑quality minutes, and ensuring all governance processes comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- You’ll manage complex corporate secretarial matters such as refinancing arrangements, constitutional amendments, share issuances, distributions, and other structural transactions.
- You’ll ensure strong governance and risk management by maintaining AML/CFT compliance frameworks, reviewing and approving corporate documentation, and overseeing statutory and regulatory filings.
- You’ll build and manage relationships with key stakeholders—including board members, regulators, and external advisors—while providing technical guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- You’ll oversee the full entity lifecycle, including onboarding, migrations, and closures, as well as manage billing processes and resolve complex fee‑related matters.

About You
- You hold a relevant degree or are qualified or progressing toward ICSA/ACCA/ACA (minimum Level 2), and are committed to building your expertise in corporate governance.
- You bring robust experience in a similar role within the global business or financial services sector, giving you confidence in handling corporate secretarial matters.
- You have strong hands‑on experience in corporate administration and company secretarial activities, and enjoy working on governance‑related processes.
- You have a solid understanding of the Companies Act, Financial Services Act, and key legislation governing the Global Business sector in Mauritius.
- You enjoy supporting and mentoring junior team members, while maintaining high standards of quality, organisation, and professionalism in your work

Skills Required
