Job DescriptionAs a Senior Executive within our Company Secretarial team, you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse portfolio of fund structures while navigating complex corporate governance and regulatory matters. Working closely with clients, board members, regulators, and internal stakeholders, you'll contribute directly to high-quality service delivery and help shape strong governance frameworks. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge, client exposure, and leadership opportunities, allowing you to further develop your expertise while mentoring junior colleagues and driving meaningful improvements across processes and client experiences.
What You Will Do
- You’ll coordinate and support board and committee meetings, including preparing board packs, drafting high-quality minutes, and ensuring governance obligations are met in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- You’ll take ownership of complex corporate actions, including refinancing arrangements, constitutional amendments, share issuances, distributions, restructurings, and other strategic transactions.
- You’ll help maintain robust governance and risk management practices by overseeing AML/CFT compliance requirements, reviewing corporate documentation, and managing statutory and regulatory filings.
- You’ll build trusted relationships with clients, directors, regulators, and external advisors while sharing your expertise and supporting the development of junior team members through coaching and guidance.
- You’ll oversee key lifecycle events across client structures, including onboarding, migrations, and closures, while supporting billing activities and resolving more complex commercial matters to ensure an outstanding client experience.

About You
- You hold a relevant degree or a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, or ACA, and have built a strong foundation in corporate governance and company secretarial practice.
- You bring solid experience within the Global Business or financial services sector, with the confidence to manage complex corporate secretarial matters and support a diverse portfolio of fund structures.
- You have hands‑on expertise in corporate administration and company secretarial services, and enjoy navigating governance, regulatory, and operational requirements in a dynamic environment.
- You possess a strong understanding of the Companies Act, Financial Services Act, and the regulatory framework governing the Global Business sector in Mauritius, enabling you to provide sound guidance and ensure compliance.
- You are a collaborative and proactive professional who enjoys mentoring and developing others, building strong stakeholder relationships, and consistently delivering high‑quality work with accuracy and professionalism.
