We are looking for an Sr Executive– Sales that will handle the following:
- Identifying new potential customers in market & educating ZIM service & working procedures then securing their biz.
- Achieving the sales targets, fixed by commercial team.
- Updating Pre-plan & post plan sales visit with customer feedback in CRM
- Preparing biz plan whenever required by commercial team to identify new sectors with market potential
- Retaining existing customers with ZIM service.
- Identifying new potential customer & securing their cargo into ZIM.
- Achieving Teus & revenue targets as set by SM.
- Achieve Account owner target per month as decided by company.
You will need to have :
• Academic Education: Graduate.
• Language – English and Hindi/Marathi.
• Experience - 6-8 years.
• Shipping Industry experience is mandatory
• Sales experience is a must
• Proven experience in managing complex negotiations and closing contracts.
• Experience in developing markets and recruiting new customers.
