About You
The Senior Executive, Sales Growth is responsible for driving informed revenue expansion by transforming sales data into strategic insights and recommendations. This role focuses on sales performance analysis, trend identification, forecasting, reporting, and presenting insights that support decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the sales performance framework and contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Your Day-To-Day
Sales Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Interpret complex datasets and convert findings into actionable insights for Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc analytical support for strategic planning, pricing decisions, and portfolio optimization.
Sales Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sales performance dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools.
- Produce periodic and timely sales performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that highlight key metrics, trends, forecasts, and risks.
- Present insights and recommendations through well-structured reports and visualizations to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align business objectives and strengthen performance frameworks.
- Serve as a key analytics partner to sales operations and leadership, translating analytical findings into strategic action plans.
Process Improvement
- Continuously enhance reporting processes, data quality, and the effectiveness of analytics tools and systems.
- Lead initiatives to automate and optimize routine analytical and reporting tasks where possible.
Your Know - How
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Typically 2-3 + years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar discipline.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong data analysis and data visualization skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance platforms.
- Comfortable with forecasting, trend analysis, KPI tracking, and building performance dashboards.
