Primary objectives -
1. To achieve faster turnaround of rake & containers
2. To ensure SLA meets
3. Ensuring proper documentation related to s/line, customs, and Railways.
4. To ensure compliance related to EXIM, customs & railways.
5. Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship
6. Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved.
Key responsibilities -
1. Liaising with Indian Railways to maintain TATs and SLAs at divisional and HQ levels. Particularly for JNPT- DPMT and JNPT-KPFP circuits.
2. Monitor Rake running and ensure to achieve targeted SLA
3. Lease rake induction in system and attachment / detachment of units.
4. Third party container and train bookings in system
5. Share rake running report for all rakes in EXIM circuit before morning meeting to align placement and planning of rakes based on operational requirements.
6. Maintain MIS for wagon integrity for both Domestic and EXIM circuits.
7. Ensure timely attachment of detached units within specified SLAs to optimize rake capacity.
8. Raise timely escalation to management for critical issues in wagon integrity.
9. Coordinate railways for TXR, E2E, POH and ROH schedules.
10. Maintain a performance file for rake utilization to share with Senior management.
11. Record enroute detention of rakes on RMS for JNPT-DPMT & JNPT-KPFP circuits.
12. Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding detention so that the same can be relayed to the customers.
13. Coordinate with operation team to control empty flat runs and ensure PGR stays within target budget. Maintain an MIS for empty flats and PGR monthly basis.
14. Coordinate with TECH team and act as SPOC between PORT, Terminal and TECH teams for dashboard correction to automate rake running file, OPS summary, Geo Fencing, Geo tagging, Automate Detention, Pendency, PGR and other files on dashboard.
15. Maintain MIS for rake performance record all rake delays and detentions along with reasons.
Qualification & competencies -
1. Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.
2. Qualification – Graduate / Experience - Minimum -3 years.
3. To have very good knowledge of word, excel & PPT as well as Software.
Skills Required
