Senior Executive - Quality
About the Function:

Qualifications:
- B.Sc/MSc Food Tech, Biochemistry, Chemistry
- B.Tech/ BE/M.Tech- Food Tech
Experience:
- 3-5 yrs, in Food technology/chemical engineering from FMCG & Beverage.
About the role:
- Play a pivotal role in executing the Quality Strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of Quality Standards in collaboration with Unit QA and Head Office QA teams.
- Provide expert guidance and support to Unit Quality teams in driving quality improvement initiatives and enhancing overall quality performance.
- Lead root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and corrective/preventive actions for quality-related issues across manufacturing units.
- Develop and strengthen the capability of Unit Quality teams through effective training, coaching, and system capability-building initiatives.
- Partner with Unit Quality teams to ensure the consistent implementation and adherence to Quality Standards, systems, and procedures.
- Plan and conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance audits across manufacturing units to assess compliance and drive continual improvement.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management Systems in accordance with applicable FSSC requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for innovation and renovation projects, including start-up, qualification, validation, and implementation activities.
- Lead and conduct on-shelf quality surveys for USL and competitor brands to assess market quality performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive scalable quality actions.
