JOB DESCRIPTION:
Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder:
Primarily responsible for support in routine calibration, Scheduled Calibration, Maintenance / External Calibration of all instruments and equipment's in QC.
Responsible for preparation and management of Reference Standard /Working Standard /Primary Standard.
Responsible for Preparation and management of Preventive maintenance Schedule.
Responsible for Qualification of all instruments in QC.
Support for analysis of In process, SFG, Finished Goods, Raw material /PM & stability Sample, and related documentation as per GLP and GMP in time.
Co-ordinate for AMC and external tie-ups for equipment and keep record of maintenance of equipment.
Preparation and management of Volumetric solution and Test Solution
Ensuring compliance to the EPD Global guidelines.
Breakdown management related to all instruments in QC and update related documents.
Ensuring the timely update in the documents as per the Pharmacopoeia! amendments.
Coordination for the timely availability of the amended documents.
Facing internal audits and External audits and ensuring compliance.
On job training related activities in QC.
Analysis of additional samples for laboratory investigation.
Preparation of SOP, Specification & STP.
Responsible for work which is allotted by Section Head.
