Senior Executive ‐ Product Development Technologist

We are looking for an active team player to liaise with relevant teams in order to ensure accurate information pertaining to product development is communicated to the relevant parties thereby, facilitating a smooth Production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reduce Development LT and Cost.
- To work with the Technical teams and provide construction solutions thereby, confirming the garment is ready for durability conditions.
- To hold responsibility of achieving the sample sewing plan execution whilst, working with the Development Technical & Merchandizing team.
- To liaise with Pre-production/ Production teams in order to provide guidance and information pertaining to the product development knowledge gained.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
- General understanding on Industrial Management Knitting Technology.
- 3-4 Yrs work experience in relevant field
- Product Initiation.
- Production Organization and management
- Weaving technology
- Textile Testing & Equipment Technology
- Communication Skill
- New Project Implementation
- Sound knowledge in MS Office package.
Skills Required
- Degree in Textile Engineering or a related field
- General understanding of industrial management and knitting technology
- 3–4 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of product initiation
- Knowledge of production organization and management
- Knowledge of weaving technology
- Knowledge of textile testing and equipment technology
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of new project implementation
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
