1.. Procurement & Tender Management
· Coordinate tender processes, including vendor invitation, sourcing, evaluation, Tender Report preparation, negotiations, and contract finalisation.
· Implement cost optimisation through structured negotiation and strategic sourcing.
· Facilitate procurement activities across business units to ensure alignment with operational needs and governance standards.
2. Procurement Operations & Stakeholder Support (Decentralised Environment)
· Guide business units on procurement processes, requirements and best practices.
· Ensure decentralised procurement transactions comply with policies.
· Support workshops and capability‑building programmes for decentralised procurement users by providing training, guidance, and awareness programmes to minimise non‑compliant transactions.
3. Vendor & Data Management
· Conduct market intelligence, supplier profiling, and spend analysis.
· Track and monitor vendors’ performance.
· Support vendor onboarding, qualification, and risk assessments.
· Support system-related processes and troubleshoot procurement workflows.
· Prepare dashboards, cost‑saving updates, and vendor performance reports.
· Recommend enhancements to procurement efficiency, system utilisation, and data accuracy.
4. Governance, Risk & Compliance
· Ensure procurement activities adhere to GPPA, governance frameworks, and approval authorities.
· Identify non-compliance, vendor concentration risks, and implement corrective measures.
· Maintain documentation to meet compliance requirements.
· Monitor procurement activities across business units to ensure consistent compliance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Economics, or Industrial/Operations Management.
5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, governance, contract terms and negotiation.
Knowledge of controls and risk mitigation.
Ability to manage vendors, stakeholders and projects of different natures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement data and support strategic decisions.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills Required
