Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Executive, Performance Marketing to manage and execute paid social campaigns for our luxury client. This is an activation-heavy, client-facing role focused on campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and performance reporting across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.


Key Responsibilities:


Paid Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Build and launch paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube from brief to live.
  • Set up campaign structures: audiences, ad sets, budgets, bidding strategies, creative trafficking, pixel implementation.
  • Manage daily campaign optimization: adjust budgets, pause underperforming ads, scale winners, refine targeting.
  • Execute A/B testing: creative variations, audience segments, placements, messaging, bidding strategies.
  • Traffic and QA all ads: ensure correct links, UTM parameters, creative specs, brand compliance before launch.
  • Manage monthly media budgets ($50K-$500K+): pacing, allocation, reallocation based on performance.
  • Coordinate with creative team on ad production needs: brief formats, specs, provide performance feedback.
  • Execute retargeting campaigns: build custom audiences, lookalikes, sequential messaging strategies.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking: pixels, events, catalogs, API integrations.

Client Management & Reporting:

  • Serve as primary contact for paid social execution and day-to-day campaign management.
  • Lead weekly performance calls with client: review metrics, discuss optimizations, align on priorities.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Manage campaign timelines and client approvals for ad creative and campaign launches.
  • Respond to client requests and questions quickly and professionally.
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations confidently.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance daily across all platforms using native dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Track KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, reach, frequency, engagement.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement changes proactively.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis with actionable learnings for future activations.
  • Create performance reports with clear data visualization and strategic insights.

Required Qualifications:


Experience:

  • 2-3 years in paid social media with hands-on campaign management experience.
  • Luxury, premium, or high-end brand experience required.
  • Agency background preferred.
  • Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets ($50K+).

Platform Expertise:

  • Expert in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram campaigns).
  • Strong experience with TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Working knowledge of Pinterest Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager for tracking setup.

Technical Skills:

  • Campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Audience building: custom audiences, lookalikes, interest/behavioral targeting.
  • Conversion tracking and pixel implementation.
  • Budget management and pacing.
  • A/B testing methodologies.
  • Analytics and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required).

Client-Facing Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Professional, responsive, organized.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:

  • Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with paid social tools (Smartly.io, Sprinklr, Hootsuite Ads).
  • E-commerce/DTC campaign experience.
  • Programmatic or display advertising knowledge.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Gained certification on Google Ads Search, GDN, YouTube, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Familiarity with the digital media landscape, and a keen understanding of performance based digital media
  • A keen understanding on the various platforms and systems which power digital media
  • Keyword development – mining and cleansing of keywords
  • Ad copy management – Writing ad copy, reviewing ad copy performance and provide improvisations
  • Independently build and present performance analyses and optimization recommendations tailored to key client business needs, confidently identifying and showcasing growth opportunities

In six months:

  • Be able to provide optimization suggestions and work with the Performance Manager to improve campaign performance
  • Be managing vendor and client relationships
  • Be on top of all the betas and innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate and share with internal and external stakeholders and how it could be relevant and useful to them

In 12 months:

  • Be comfortable assisting the Performance Manager in developing proposals and preparing search strategies in line with the overall campaign
  • Be able to lead and provide strategic insights on Search matters to the brand teams you work with
  • Confident in presenting to clients for your recurring updates
  • Be confident in taking part in pitches whilst working together with the rest of the agency

Skills and Experience 

  • Positive attitude and hunger to learn – the digital space is changing rapidly and as part of the Digital Performance team we are expected to be on top of these changes
  • Comfortable using Microsoft excel and manipulating dashboards – An analytical mind that is creative as well as data driven to identify trends/patterns and insights
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by a commitment to continuous improvement, taking initiative and delivering results despite constraints
  • In addition to demonstrated expertise in Search, candidates with a strong understanding of Social and Programmatic channels will be preferred, enabling them to identify cross-channel opportunities and apply complementary, multi-platform strategies aligned with client objectives
