Job Description
Senior Executive - Order ManagementSenior Executive – GBSS Sales Order Management and Logistics SupportQualification and Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 60% + throughout academics.
- Post graduate diploma in supply chain/ Logistics/ Import-Export Management would be an
added advantage.
- 6-8 year experience in manufacturing industry with exposure in import shipment clearance, Sales Order Entry, Billing , Pre-shipment Post Shipment documentation and Export is must
- SAP SD module end user experience is must
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Demonstrates working knowledge with MS-Office especially MS Excel
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Individual Contributor for following activities
- Import shipment clearance of the Neutracitical Products
- Sales Order, credit note. debit note entry (Domestic & Export)
- Coordinate with nominated agents and CHAs, transporters, to arrange containers and material movement
- SB Checklist, AWB/BL Draft approval on need basis (as back-up)
- Ensure to timely provide the documents set to customer
- Post shipment documents lodgement on Bank portal
- Providing support in clearance of SB from EDPMS respectively
- Provide the MIS of Shipping Bill for timely receipt of IGST refund for export shipments
- Coordinate with commercial team to get the advance license and consumption details to maintain in SB
- Coordinate with accounts Payable to clear CHA bills on timely basis
- Identify the new areas of process control, system improvement/automation and work with SAP IT team / RPA team to implement the changes.
Skills Required
- Graduate or Postgraduate with 60%+ throughout academics
- Postgraduate diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Import-Export Management
- 6-8 years experience in manufacturing with exposure to import shipment clearance, sales order entry, billing, pre/post-shipment documentation and export
- SAP SD module end user experience
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience coordinating with nominated agents, CHAs and transporters for container/material movement and CHA bill clearance
- Familiarity with shipping documentation (AWB/BL), SB checklist, lodging post-shipment documents on bank portal and EDPMS
- Experience providing MIS of Shipping Bill for IGST refund tracking
- Ability to identify process control and system improvement opportunities and work with SAP IT / RPA teams
