Senior Executive Officer (26270035)
The Academic Registry is now looking for a motivated person to perform administrative duties in the Admissions Office.
Responsibilities:
- Support and participate in outreach activities, including but not limited to education fairs, virtual events, and presentations to prospective students and partners;
- Manage communications with prospective applicants and stakeholders, providing guidance throughout the application process;
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools in Hong Kong, overseas and Chinese Mainland to increase applicant pipelines and foster collaborative opportunities;
- Coordinate digital marketing campaign; manage agencies and designers in creating engaging promotional materials and content tailored for different markets;
- Prepare and compile statistical analysis and reports; and
- Travel to Mainland and overseas is required.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree plus preferably three to five years of post-qualification work experiences;
- Previous work experiences in the tertiary education sector, especially in student recruitment and admission, will be a definite advantage;
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Strong attention to detail and proactive administrative mindset will be highly regarded;
- People-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure; and
- Experiences in digital marketing, collaborating with agencies, and managing digital content creators will be an added asset.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two year(s). Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
