JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for
- Overall project planning and execution with Project Managers & Consultants to ensure projects are delivered as per compliant to client contract and within scope, budget, schedule and quality of deliverables
- Ensuing project is in compliance to the standards, procedure and policy set by FGV GIT.
- Ensure projects are delivered as per the scope, budget, schedule and quality agreed by the stakeholders.
- Provide project management function, providing leadership, integration and management of the PMO processes and functions in order to improve the consistency and efficiency of the FGV's IT project delivery.
- Develops and enforces compliance to FGV's IT policies.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure data privacy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Complying to the PMO project management methodology, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects
- Ensuring the execution of a PMO governance and reporting of FGV Group related IT projects activity
- Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated
- Collaborate closely with key users, project managers and stakeholders
- Assist for the IT Governance framework and practices Assist in implementing identified security related projects also providing security and awareness for FGV Group.
- Assist for overall IT Security and Risk Management aspects for the FGV Group
KEY SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work closely with Internal and external audit for any IT related audit matters
- To identify potential risk and remediation process.
- To assist in drafting policy and guideline to suite IT governance related matters.
- Work with the IT Security Working Committee which consists of related parties and subsidiaries' representatives to understand and adopt relevant security services
- Working with related parties (internal and external), vendors and stakeholders to secure related areas and scope within FGV Group.
- Work with Operations team in delivering Security Awareness program and training for FGV Group

- New security threats and types of threats evolving increasing the risks of exposure.
- Scope and coverage for the whole FGV Group is huge and require a team with the right skills and knowledge to understand the various areas within FGV Group itself.
- Security devices and systems are currently on a leasing contract (IT Outsourcing) and certain facilities/devices such as servers and devices at the primary Data Centre level are shared with other Service Provider's clients - impacting our plan to implement certain initiatives to improve and have FGV own Security Operations Centre (SOC) for Incident Management.
- Unavailability of tools/systems to continuously assess, monitor and oversee the whole IT Security status in FGV Group.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE
- At least, a holder of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or IT Security related field and areas from accredited University or Institution and relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge in security and regulatory standards and frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001,GDPR, PDPA
- At least 2 years of technical hands-on experiences in managing IT Governance and Security for large organization, GLCs or MNCs which include all relevant platform.
- Possess IT Security related certification such as CISO, CISSP, CISM, CCIE, CCNP, CCNA Security or similar
- Strong knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, Firewall/NGFW, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP, EUBA, Micro segmentation, SDN, SDWAN, VPNs, encryption technologies & etc
