Summary Generated by Built In

At Issuer Services, we support clients across events, Private securities market disclosure portal, and digital platforms. As a Senior Executive, this role plays an important part in managing more complex workflows and maintaining a high standard of quality across delivery.

We work closely together to ensure client outcomes are accurate, timely, and well managed—and we’re excited to welcome someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems.

Our team operates on the UK shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sri Lanka Time), follows the UK calendar, and works in a hybrid model with three days in the office each week to support global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role focuses on independently managing operational workflows while contributing to wider team delivery.
  • The role involves ownership of end-to-end execution across events, disclosures, on-boarding, and reporting, ensuring each stage is completed accurately and on time. It also includes managing more complex or high-profile client interactions, supporting escalations, and ensuring issues are resolved in a structured and well-communicated manner.
  • A key part of the role is maintaining quality across outputs by reviewing content, communications, and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with compliance expectations.
  • The position also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting the development and refinement of standard operating procedures.
  • The role works closely with colleagues across teams internally and client-facing functions, to support smooth delivery.
  • The role also involves guiding and supporting junior team members, contributing to on-boarding, and assisting with coordination during high-volume periods to ensure workloads are managed effectively.

What we’re looking for

  • We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, takes ownership of their work, and brings a strong focus on quality and detail. This role plays an important part in supporting team delivery while also contributing to process improvements and capability building across the team.
  • A background in business, operations, or a related field would be helpful, although equivalent professional experience is equally valued.
  • Experience in operations, client services, or digital platforms is important, particularly where there has been exposure to managing workflows or supporting client delivery.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across systems, communications, and reporting outputs.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is key, alongside a proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience contributing to process improvements or identifying efficiencies will be beneficial.
  • An interest in supporting and guiding junior team members is also important, as the role contributes to building capability within the team.
  • Familiarity with CRM or CMS platforms, such as Salesforce, would be advantageous, although not essential as support and training are provided.

What we offer

We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where continuous learning is encouraged. This role provides the opportunity to take on greater ownership, develop expertise across complex workflows, and contribute to improvements that shape how the team operates.
