Strategy and Planning
- Monitor the day to day operations of Credit Card data entry as per SLA requirements.
- Standardize and update data entry instructions and systems documentation (if any)
- Plan and execute Process Improvement and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate corrective and remediation measures with the relevant parties relating to audit findings, ensuring actions are taken within deadline.
- Attend inquiry from DCORO, Risk Control Unit (RCU, SG Business Unit and SG Counter Part
- Lead in the follow-up on commitments related to audit findings &OR Compliance Risk ensuring actions are taken within deadline.
- Verify Contigent Worker Agency and Archiving vendor invoices
- Attend and execute any other reponsibilities/tasks (adhoc) assigned by the management from time to time
Support risk culture
- Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve them.
- Collaborate across various stakeholder group to find the best methods of communication and adhere escalation process.
- Actively participate in risk initiative/plans and strategy to improve the control environment for Data Entry & Maintenance SG Ops Unit.
Skills Required
- Experience in credit card operations
- Familiarity with process improvement and data entry documentation
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholder groups
