Position Overview:

As an HR Operations Senior Executive, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the HR operations function within the organization. This position requires a high level of HR knowledge and expertise to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with policies and regulations, and efficient delivery of HR services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR business partners, and external stakeholders to drive HR operational excellence and support the overall HR strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:

·    Oversee and manage the end-to-end HR operational processes, including but not limited to onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, employee data management, employee relations, and offboarding.

·    Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and development programs.

·    Address employee concerns and resolve disputes through effective communication and conflict resolution.

·    Manage employee relations initiatives such as employee engagement activities, Floor activities, R&R programs, Surveys, and employee connect sessions.

·    Manage the entire monthly payroll activities as a maker/checker and share updates within the SLAs with the respective teams

·    Flexible to work with various stakeholders in terms of payroll, benefits, administration, etc, and ensure transactions are done hassle-free

·    Able to address the employee’s queries and concerns in terms of operations and should resolve them within the SLAs

·    Develop and implement standardized HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices across the organization.

·    Continuously review and improve HR operational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.

·    Able to review and plan L&D (Learning and Development) strategies for employee’s career growth.

HR Systems and Data Management:

·    Oversee the management and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) and databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

·    Able to manage employee's queries addressing tool (JIRA) and ensure all queries are addressed with 100% resolution

·    Manage the HR mailbox diligently and respond within the time frame

·    Oversee the regular updates from business and update the HR systems accordingly

·    Ensure clear transactions in all the systems for both on-boarding and off-boarding

·    Collaborate with IT and HRIS vendors to optimize system functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

·    Generate HR reports, analytics, and metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

●    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

●    Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR function, with progressively increasing responsibilities

●  Experience managing HRIS platforms like Workday and other HR-related systems.

●    Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

●    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.

●    Should have strong knowledge of MS tools

●    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

●      Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

●      Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.

●      Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
