What will you do?

As a Senior Executive – Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our India and US operations. You will manage critical finance functions while working closely with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Collaborate with external consultants to ensure timely monthly closure of accounts, and oversee the preparation of MIS reports to support business decision-making.

● Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements under Indian laws including Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, and GST. This involves timely filings, accurate tax computation, monitoring regulatory changes, liaising with consultants/authorities as needed, and implementing robust internal controls to mitigate compliance risks.

● Oversee compliance with US financial regulations including sales and use tax, payroll tax, and related reporting obligations. Work closely with external advisors and payroll providers to ensure timely filings, accurate withholding, and adherence to state and federal laws.

● Oversee the administration of vendor contracts, manage the end-to-end process of invoice verification, approval, and payment.

● Act as the primary liaison with statutory auditors by providing all necessary documentation, explanations, and information.

You should apply if

● You have qualified CA/ACCA with 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a SaaS or multinational environment.

● You possess strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and accounting standards, along with exposure to US compliance requirements.

● You are detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at managing end-to-end finance operations. ● You are comfortable working with accounting software and ERP systems.

● You communicate clearly, work collaboratively across teams, and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
