  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration or a related field

  • Compensation: Up to INR 4.2 LPA (based on experience and performance)



Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review employee benefit claims, including Group Health Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance and Group Personal Accident.

  • Coordinate with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.

  • Track claims and update clients regarding their claim status.

  • Assist in case of claim escalations, rejections, or disputes.

  • Act as a point of contact between clients, hospitals and insurance providers.

  • Educate clients about policy coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.

  • Conduct awareness sessions for corporate employees on insurance benefits.

  • Arrange and attend client meetings at regular intervals.

  • Organize wellness activities in corporate settings.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of insurance policies, TPA processes and medical terminologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and persuasive abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office & Email Writing. 

  • Ability to handle customer grievances effectively.
