Role Summary and Impact

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Senior Account Executive, working with one of the world's most iconic and innovative brands: adidas.

Sitting within the adidas Global Digital team, you will be a key player in the coordination & negotiation of Global JBPs, successful delivery of Global digital guidance & support the Global Performance team in the development of the performance approach & it’s integration with the broader strategy. adidas is a global brand that has a local mindset. The Global team exists to support each individual market & scale learnings across the network. You will create & nurture relationships with regional WPP counterparts across the world to understand market nuances & tailor guidance across all points of the funnel specific to their needs.

This is a pivotal role for a proactive individual ready to take on more responsibility and accelerate their career in a fast-paced, strategic, global environment.

  • Experience in a digital focused role at an agency. In platform experience preferred.
  • A genuine passion for media, advertising, and the adidas brand. You are culturally curious and interested in the worlds of sport & fashion.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude. You are comfortable taking ownership of key processes & identifying areas you can drive additional value for the client & wider team.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You have exceptional organisational skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to keep complex processes on track.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and articulate information clearly to clients, internal teams, and partners.
  • A logical and numerate mindset with experience in campaign reporting and analysis. You are comfortable working with data to unearth insights and contribute to strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
