What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior Executive, Corporate Sales, you will drive the Corporate Sales department in the areas of Corporate, Direct and Special Sales, by securing and maintaining corporate accounts through developing long-standing networks to increase sales.

  • Identify and prospect key corporations and business accounts to grow the corporate portfolio.
  • Manage and review the corporate client list, ensuring relevance and strategic alignment.
  • Leverage partnerships across business units to expand corporate sales opportunities.
  • Develop new corporate accounts through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and engagement with the diplomatic community.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering timely solutions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, positive customer journey.
  • Organize networking events to strengthen client relationships and promote mobility solutions.
  • Coordinate with BMW Asia and BMW FS partners on corporate sales, leasing, CDSS, and reporting matters.
  • Prepare pricing lists, corporate sales reports, and support used‑car trading activities.
  • Manage tender submissions, including government tenders, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Develop and execute annual Event Shuttle strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Engage VIP clients under the VIP program and uphold retail standards.
  • Oversee price‑shop and mystery shopping activities.
  • Manage company demonstrators, management fleet, and mass disposal tenders.

Who We’re Looking For 

  • Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management and customer servicing, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate clients and leading B2B sales activities.
  • Strong customer‑handling skills with the ability to engage and build rapport across all levels of employees and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports, pricing proposals, and sales presentations.
