Senior Executive, Communications & Public Relations

• Support the Head of Public Relations, Public Affairs and Sustainability in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
• Contribute to and manage various PR projects, including media relations, corporate communications, consumer PR, sustainability marketing, social media and branding campaigns.
• Assist in issue and crisis management, working closely with the team to develop response strategies.
• Collaborate with external agencies to implement PR campaigns and analyse results, preparing regular reports with key findings and recommendations.
• Support the organisation of vendor marketing and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments.
• Assist Public Affairs Team to monitor and research on public policy and developments relevant to the organisation and provide timely updates and insights.
• Engage with relevant PR and PA stakeholders to foster positive relationships 

• A bachelor’s degree in  degree in marketing, PR / communications, journalism or related areas
• At least 3 years of working experience in the PR-related field. Agency or in-house background are welcome
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Associate PR & Communications Manager.
• Digital and social media savvy is a plus
• An independent and highly motivated fast learner
• A team player, with sociable character and positive attitude towards new challenges
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal departments 
• Work closely with the team to support the management and recovery of crisis situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
