Finkraft automates GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit recovery for enterprises — work that today costs finance teams hundreds of hours in manual effort. We’re scaling fast, the leadership team is growing, and the complexity of what lands on the founder’s desk is increasing every week. We need someone who has done this before and doesn’t need to learn on the job.
You’ve supported a C-suite executive or Founder for at least five years. You know what “good” looks like and you deliver it without being asked. You manage complexity, hold judgment calls without escalating everything, and operate as a genuine extension of the CEO — not just someone who manages his calendar.
At this level, you’re not executing instructions. You’re anticipating the next two moves and making sure they’re set up to succeed.
- Own the full executive operating system: calendar, inbound communications, travel, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through — across the CEO and senior leadership
- Draft and manage external communications independently — investor updates, partner correspondence, client-facing notes — minimal editing required
- Prepare pre-meeting briefing packs, post-meeting summaries, and action trackers; the CEO is never walking into a room underprepared
- Manage and mentor a junior coordinator or admin if one is hired beneath this role
- Handle complex, multi-party scheduling across time zones and external stakeholders with no hand-holding
- Own sensitive information flows — board materials, term sheets, personnel conversations — with absolute discretion
- Identify gaps in the CEO’s operating rhythm and fix them without being asked
- Manage ad-hoc strategic requests: research, vendor evaluation, summarising a 40-page document into a two-page brief
- 5–8 years of EA experience supporting a C-suite leader or Founder, with at least 2 years in a startup or high-growth environment
- Judgment: you know what to escalate, what to handle, and what to drop — without asking every time
- Excellent written English — you ghost-write external communications for the CEO that go out under his name
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executives or complex stakeholder environments simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence — you read a room, manage relationships carefully, and know when to push
- Tools fluency: Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and whatever the team uses; you adapt fast
- Experience handling board or investor-level communication is a strong plus
- CEO’s operating rhythm is fully off his plate — meetings run, briefs are prepared, nothing is chased
- External stakeholders — investors, partners, clients — consistently get professional, timely communication
- At least one gap in the leadership team’s operating system identified and fixed without being asked
- Your five years of experience is entirely in large corporates with established admin infrastructure — startup ambiguity is a different muscle
- You expect a defined scope and predictable days
- You’re looking for a role where the work ends at 6pm every day
- You need the CEO to check your drafts before they go out

Skills Required
