Intapp is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support several Senior Level Leaders. As a part of the support team, you will own scheduling, coordination of both domestic and international travel, and project and event management as needed. This highly organized and motivated person must be able to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally with various internal teams.

- You know how to navigate complex requests coming from multiple stakeholders.
- You operate with efficiency, clarity, detail orientation, and a sense of urgency.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and constant change.
- You enjoy collaborating with a talented team of administrative and office professionals.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executives and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
What you will need:
Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Senior Executive Assistant role, you will ideally have:
- 10 + years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives; including calendar, domestic and international travel, and expense report management
- Excellent computer skills and a strong grasp of Microsoft 365
- Adept at MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS Outlook
- Incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments and change direction quickly
- Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last-minute changes
- Strong scheduling and calendar prioritization skills with an ability to think strategically and make recommendations to the Executive on the best use of their time
- Experience at a growing public technology company
