BlueCat is looking for a dynamic, energetic, dependable, take-charge Senior Executive Assistant. The Senior Executive Assistant at BlueCat Networks provides direct administrative support to the CEO, CSO, CFO & CPRO. This role is responsible not only for performing executive duties to ensure an efficient, well-maintained and professional corporate environment but also perpetuating integrity as well as the front-facing liaison for the C-levels. The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, can successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks and possess superlative communication skills.

Responsibilities:
·Perform administrative tasks including; calendar management, phone screening, travel arrangement (domestic & abroad), preparing and tracking expense reports, weekly departmental team minutes.
·Coordinate and prepare for meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, internal communications.
·Create, edit and proofread business communications and documents as needed utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Slack.
·Coordinate quarterly All Hands and monthly company social events and work with executive leaders to prepare presentations, internal communication and awards.
·Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments and outside organizations.
·Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve goals of the organization.

Requirements:
·Associate/Bachelor’s degree required and at least 3-5 years of executive assistant experience for C-suite.
·Technology company experience preferred.
·Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
·Ability to manage multiple demands, work independently and meet deadlines.
·Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web applications; Some knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
·Experience with productivity apps (HR, expense reporting, travel, purchasing, etc) is preferred.
·Excellent customer service, organization skills and attention to detail.
·Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and ability to maintain professionalism in diverse circumstances.
·Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization including executives, vendors, internal customers and partners.
·Proven project management ability.
·Excellent common sense and ability to make solid judgment calls independently.
