The Opportunity
Qurate Streaming is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant. This is a hybrid position in West Chester, PA.
Your Impact
You will provide advanced administrative support to the VP / GM of Streaming, optimizing the VP’s schedule for maximum productivity and balance, while offloading and overseeing administrative work to help ensure smooth business operations in the departments.
What you will do
- Manage schedules to optimize the VP’s time – assertively keep them organized, manage their priorities, hold them accountable, manage deadlines.
- Plan and guide the Streaming group’s hybrid work calendar, logistic for on-site meetings and events.
- Manage agendas, recaps and follow-ups to guide accountability and action throughout the senior leadership team.
- Optimize the VP’s communications, translating drafts into impactful PowerPoint presentations, improving executive & large team emails and other communications.
- You will understand business operations and project manage organizational projects and priorities.
- Coordinate travel and expense reporting.
What you bring
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, Excel, One Note), with the ability to create presentations, manage spreadsheets and emails, schedule meetings and collaborate with other team members.
- A confident, proactive, detail-oriented approach and ownership mindset to accomplish the work.
- 8+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
