Job Description

• Your field of action includes the coordination of appointments, calendar maintenance and the organization of workshops and events.
• You are responsible for planning and booking business trips and their subsequent travel expense reporting.
• The processing of the inbox is done in coordination with your superior. Here you can reliably guide the follow-up.
• Furthermore, the creation and sending customer letters in coordination with the specialist department will also be part of your tasks.
• Last but not least, you will pursue self-determined defined topics and ensure that vacation is recorded in the time management system, among other things.
• You are part of a larger team of assistants who support and back each other up.

Qualifications

• Education: university studies completed.
• Languages: very good written and spoken English.
• Know-how: you have very good MS Office experience and are open to digitization and working with modern means of communication.
• Experience: previous experience in a similar role- minimum 2/3 years.
• Personality and way of working:
  • you enjoy working in a team and you have experience working in a team;
  • you convince with your sense of responsibility as well as your team orientation and your communication skills; 
  • customer orientation, reliability and a high degree of flexibility round off your profile;
